I have known Larry for about a decade and a half-and during that time I've been the beneficiary of his expertise, friendship, and industry. Our relationship has been terribly lopsided, typically nurtured by his patience and gracious nature. He is always generous, personable, and thorough, and for those reasons (et. al.) I strongly encourage other business owners and leaders to incorporate Larry-immediately-as an asset to their organization. I've witnessed phenomenal benefits among my friends and associates-particularly in the manufacturing and service sectors-including top executive acquisitions and expansion directly related to their participation in Relevance2 and interaction with Larry Anderson. I cannot find sufficient words to encourage association with Relevance2. Please take that step now. Leo A. Geis, CEO/Owner, Idaho Airships, Inc.

Management is the judicious use of resources to accomplish predetermined goals and objectives. Many businesses fall short of this goal as the owners and executives let tactics (running their business) get in the way of strategies for growth and transition. Relevance2 provides an interactive forum to help owners and managers understand leadership, management, and strategic planning, and to grow and develop by learning from experts, peers, and competitors. A "must" for business owners and senior executives. David P. McAnaney, J.D., LL.M.

Benchmark Construction, Inc. was a charter member when the Relevance2 group was first started. I continued with the group following the buyout of the 2nd generation owner, Burt Brennan. I continued because of the great advice I get from Larry Anderson in our one-on-one meetings, as well as the monthly group meetings. I have always come away from the group meetings with something useful to work on my business. My current success with a GSA contract came from the group back in 2010. I had decided to get a GSA schedule because of some work we were doing for another company who had a GSA schedule. I tried three times to start all the paperwork to obtain a schedule and then I would get side tracked and have to start all over again. I brought my issue to the group meeting and was given the name of a consultant that was helping them get a GSA schedule. I met with the consultant and he was eventually hired to get our schedule approved. It took 15 months to get an approved schedule. A month after we were approved, we teamed up with a large contractor, as they did not have a GSA schedule, and we proposed an Advanced Meter Reading System for the Air Force. We were awarded the contract and are currently waiting for Phase 2 to be awarded. You cannot find a better group to help with issues and offer advice than Relevance2.

Nichols Accounting has been an active member of Relevance2 since 2003. During that time Larry Anderson and Dick VanSchyndel have found and brought to our monthly meetings a great group of specials in the various disciplines of business, marketing, operations, human resources, strategic planning and more. The monthly time of IOS is always challenging and informative as we share issues, opportunities and successes, while obtaining feedback from other members. It is a time of learning for the person sharing and also for the rest of us as we take that discussion back to our own businesses. The comradery that develops over time becomes a network of trusted advisors who understand business and are willing to share their knowledge. Nichols Accounting believes Relevance2 is a sound investment.

From a lawyer's standpoint, I have observed that Relevance2 (Rel2) provides its members much more than an information and referral exchange. It provides an especially valuable forum for continuing education in business fundamentals as well as in the newest innovations. Uniquely, a prime focus of Rel2 is directed to the development and growth of persons who are on a track to leadership positions. In one-on-one follow up sessions, Relevance2 can give guidance or provide advice regarding specific business issues or circumstances. Membership in Rel2 groups is intentionally limited to avoid obvious conflicts of interest and to foster genuine individual involvement in all Rel2 sessions and gatherings. Perhaps most rewarding of all is the free exchange of ideas in this environment and the comradeship achieved with other diverse business persons and professionals. John L. It is with great pleasure I speak of Larry Anderson and Dick Van Schyndel of Relevance2. I have been associated with them and their organization dating back to 1995. I have always been impressed and have personally witnessed their level of professionalism and keen interest in helping business and business owners succeed. If you are a growing small business or an established large business looking for that personal mentoring and networking with other companies, Relevance2 is your organization. I am a believer in the strength of sharing and learning from one another in our entrepreneurial growth Thank you for all you do for the betterment of our growing economy and local businesses. Rick D. At face value Relevance2 is about having a core group of like-minded business owners and managers to use as a sounding board. The open discussions about our issues, inspires me to a higher level of introspection. The real value has been seeing my business not only through the eyes of others, but also from a fresh perspective.
